Leslie Kiszka

Leslie Kiszka is an experienced Technical Program Manager with a strong background in IT project delivery, Agile methodologies, and cross-functional collaboration. Currently serving as a Technical Program Manager II at FloQast since November 2021, Leslie has established project development processes, maintained an IT roadmap, and identified cost-saving opportunities across the organization. As the Founder of Supportive Seagull and Stress Baking, Leslie develops engaging content and recipes, while also managing marketing efforts to drive audience growth. Previous experience includes roles at HashiCorp, CloudHealth Technologies, and IDG Enterprise, where Leslie successfully implemented Agile processes, managed complex projects, and maintained compliance with industry standards. Leslie holds Associate Degrees in Web Site Design & Development and Professional Writing from Champlain College.
