Sam W. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product support and customer service. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Product Support at FloQast since November 2021, Sam previously held various roles at Procore Technologies from May 2015 to June 2021, including VOC Program Manager and Manager of Technical Advisors, where the focus was on enhancing communication between Support and R&D. Sam also worked as a Customer Support Manager and began in the field as a Customer Support Representative.
