Carson MacHell-Archer

Carson Machell-Archer currently serves as the Lead Product Designer at FLOR, a position held since December 2022. Prior to this role, Carson worked as the Director of Design at David Oakey Designs from June 2002 to December 2022, where responsibilities included developing innovative carpet tile products and designing new patterns, leveraging extensive knowledge of tufting machine construction. Carson holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design and Painting/Drawing from LaGrange College, earned between 2002 and 2006.
