Caroline Cormier

Caroline Cormier is an accomplished M&A and UK Investment Banking professional with extensive experience in originating and executing transactions in the Consumer Products and FMCG sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Development at Flora Food Group since April 2019, Cormier previously held the position of Vice President for M&A at the same company. In addition to this role, Cormier is a Non-Executive Director at OGGS and serves as Chairman of arivia.
