Eugenia Landeros Alvarez

Eugenia Landeros Alvarez has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. EUGENIA began their career at Eastman Kodak Company in 2003, where they worked as an Executive Assistant until 2005. EUGENIA then moved on to work as an Executive Assistant at Gigante from 2005 to 2008. Alvarez then joined the LEGO Group in 2009 as a Senior Office Administrator, where they managed day-to-day operational workplace services and facilities. Additionally, they were responsible for launching an Employee Virtual Store and coordinating travel services. In 2017, Alvarez joined Macquarie Group as an Office Administrator, Health & Safety Officer, and Social Responsibility Leader. Most recently, Alvarez worked at Upfield as an HR Manager North LATAM and Workplace/Facilities Manager, leading various functions such as Fleet, Travel, Transportation/Parking, and Health & Safety. EUGENIA also served as a Human Resources Business Partner for Sales and Marketing North LatAm, focusing on culture, talent development, and onboarding processes. Alvarez played a key role in implementing a wellbeing strategy and promoting diversity and inclusion at Upfield.

Eugenia Landeros Alvarez completed a diplomado in HR Business Partner at Universidad del Valle de México from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Relaciones Internacionales from Universidad Anáhuac Mexico Norte from 2001 to 2002. Eugenia Landeros Alvarez also attended Instituto Franco Americano for their technical high school education in Turismo, although the start and end years are unknown.
