Ivan Mata

Ivan Mata is an experienced tax professional currently serving as the Americas Tax Director at Upfield since November 2018, with oversight for Canada, the US, and Latin America. Prior to this role, Ivan held the position of Tax Senior Manager at Anheuser-Busch InBev from May 2014 to January 2024, and served as Tax Manager at both GE Capital from October 2011 to October 2014 and PwC from October 2004 to October 2011. Ivan obtained a degree in Public Accounting with a focus on Taxation from Escuela Bancaria y Comercial between 2000 and 2004 and is currently pursuing an International Tax Course (diplomado) at ITAM - DUKE since 2010, specializing in International Taxation.
