Janelle Goodall

Janelle Goodall has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Janelle currently holds the position of Head of Commercial Operations at Upfield since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the ANZ Deployment Lead at Upfield from July 2019 to April 2022.

In 2018, Janelle worked as a Solutions Project Manager at Caltex Australia, where they were responsible for the overall solution design of the Elevate program.

Before that, Janelle worked at GrainCorp in 2018 as a Project Manager, overseeing the Hive project and the 5S project. In these roles, they were involved in various aspects of project management, including agile methodology, timeline management, resource planning, and risk and issue management.

From 2016 to 2018, Janelle served as a Project Manager at Presence of IT, where they facilitated the SDLC and managed resources, risks, and issues for the Department of Education LMBR HR/Payroll Project.

Janelle also has extensive experience working at ANSTO, starting in 1999. Their roles at ANSTO included SAP Solution Architect, SAP Application Manager, FICO/TEM Functional Consultant, SME FI/CO, PS, TEM, COPA, SAP Systems Financial Accountant, Manager - Group Management Accountant, Internal Financial Advisor, and Contracts and Business Advisor & SME SAP implementation team PS, CO. In these positions, they were involved in SAP implementation and support, financial management, project management, reporting and analysis, and process improvement.

Before ANSTO, Janelle worked at NALCO AUSTRALIA PTY LTD as a New Zealand Accountant and Assistant Australian Accountant, where they were responsible for financial reporting, costing, cash flow forecasting, and accounting processes.

Janelle Goodall obtained a Graduate Certificate in Professional Accounting from the University of Southern Queensland in 2001. In 2015, they completed a course titled "Principles of Computer System Validation" at SeerPharma. Additionally, they took courses in "Cloud Computing for Life Sciences" at SeerPharma in 2014 and in "GAMP 5 Computerised Systems Validation" at PharmOut in 2013. In 2012, they obtained an ITIL Foundation certification from Loyalist Certification Services and completed a course in "Business Excellence" at Oliver Wight. In 2011, Janelle completed the SAP eAcademy Financials program with a focus on Management Accounting (CO) at SAP Education. Janelle also completed a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment at Wollongong College Australia in 2010. Other qualifications include a Diploma in Frontline Management from Swinburne University of Technology in 2007 and an Advanced Project Management course from the Australian Institute of Management in 2006.
