Laurent Tinel

Laurent Tinel is an experienced professional currently serving as Chief of Staff of the COO at Flora Food Group since November 2021. With a strong background in strategic planning and management, Laurent previously held the position of Global Strategic Planning Manager at Mars Petcare US from August 2017 to January 2021. Prior roles include Product Director and Transformation Director at Regus, where responsibilities included P&L ownership, as well as multiple managerial and consulting roles at Bain & Company from June 2011 to December 2014. Laurent began a career in engineering as a Structural Design Engineer at McLaren Racing and has consulted for firms like Altran Europe and e-Xstream engineering. Laurent holds an engineering degree in Aeronautics from Ecole nationale supérieure de l'Aéronautique et de l'Espace and a degree from Université catholique de Louvain.
