Manoj Patil

Manoj Patil has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Manoj started their career as a Systems Analyst at Blue Star Infotech in 1999 and later joined GE Aviation as a Program Manager Business Solutions in 2002. In 2007, they joined Capgemini as a Manager, where they led the PMO for an offshore account team and played a key role in creating an IT Project Portfolio Management office for the UK's largest local government. In 2011, they joined Information Services Group as the Director of PM Services, where they spearheaded the setup of the PM Services India team and managed the Program Office for an enterprise-scale program. Manoj then joined Unilever in 2014 as a Digital Transformation Consultant, leading a high-impact digital transformation project that received multiple prestigious industry awards. Currently, they are working at Upfield as the IT Platform Lead, where they manage global IT Platforms and drives innovation for HR, Workplace Services, Compliance, and internal IT.

Manoj Patil completed a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics from Nagpur University in 1998. Manoj then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Computing from Mumbai Educational Trust, MET League of Colleges in 1999, specializing in CDAC - DAC. In 2018, Manoj obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Digital Business from Emeritus. In 2020, they enrolled in Udacity's Executive Program on AI for Business Leaders. Manoj also holds additional certifications, including Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from ScrumAlliance in 2015 and Logistics and Supply Chain Professional from Vskills in 2014. In 2022, they obtained certifications related to the "Hire to Retire" process and the "Intelligent Enterprise" track from SAP.
