Renata Fajardo Rawas

Renata Fajardo Rawas is a seasoned payroll professional with extensive experience in global payroll management, currently serving as the Head of Global Payroll at Flora Food Group since January 2019. Renata has successfully led payroll transition projects across 34 countries, focusing on change management and stakeholder engagement. Prior to Flora Food Group, Renata spent over two decades at Schlumberger in various roles, including Transactions and Payroll Manager in Bogotá, HR Processes and Systems Manager, and Payroll Integration Project Manager in the UK. Renata holds an MBA from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a degree in English and Portuguese from FAFIMA.
