Sudheesh Mathew has a diverse work experience in IT infrastructure and operations. Sudheesh started their career at Kennametal Shared Services Pvt. Ltd. in 2011, where they served as a Technical Services Team Lead. In this role, they were responsible for UNIX and storage operations, incident and problem management, infrastructure administration, and project management. Sudheesh also gained expertise in troubleshooting AIX operating system issues and coordinating disaster recovery tests.

In 2015, Sudheesh joined IBM India Private Limited as a Technical Architect, where they played a crucial role in designing and developing infrastructure frameworks, standards, and technology platforms for the banking sector. Sudheesh collaborated with multiple stakeholders, conducted tech talks, and worked with vendors to handle critical situations.

After their stint at IBM, Sudheesh worked at Kennametal Shared Services Private Ltd. as an Architect of IT Infrastructure. During their time there, they led the IT infrastructure team and was responsible for managing operations, processes, projects, and people. Sudheesh also played a key role in system integration, architecture design, and project management.

Currently, Sudheesh is working at Upfield as the Platform Lead for Network & Enterprise IT Operations.

Sudheesh Mathew obtained a Technical Diploma in Computer Hardware Maintenance from Model Polytechnic Collage, Kallyasseri in the years 1998 to 2000. Later, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General through BBA(Correspondence) at Madras University from 2010 to 2012.
