Additionally, Martha served as a Peace Corps Volunteer from May 2001 to May 2003. Martha's educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Justice and Peacebuilding from Eastern Mennonite University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from James Madison University, where studies also included Political Science, Computer Science, and Paralegal Studies.
