Charlton Roberts

Charlton Roberts currently serves as the CTO at Flora, a position held since November 2025. Prior to this role, Charlton co-founded Third Person from April 2025 to November 2025. From December 2021 to April 2025, Charlton worked at Adobe as a Senior Manager in both Interface Architecture and Product Engineering. Earlier, Charlton was the Director of Product Engineering at Frame.io, where the product engineering team expanded from 5 to 35 engineers. At Squarespace, from March 2015 to January 2019, Charlton held the roles of Senior Engineering Manager and Engineering Manager for Websites, leading various initiatives to enhance the developer experience and recruiting over 20 engineers. Charlton holds a BFA in Theatre Studies and a BA in Computer Science from Southern Methodist University.
