Michael Clews has over 20 years of experience in customer success and account management. Michael began their career in 2001 as a Customer Service Rep at RR Donnelley. In 2007, they joined Meltwater Group as a Client Relations Manager and was later promoted to Managing Director of Client Relations and Managing Director of Client Relations - South. In 2011, Michael co-founded ClearCi and served as Vice President of Operations, Revenue & Customer Success. In 2015, they became Director of Account Management at TrendKite. In 2018, they joined Cision as Senior Director of Account Management (SMB & MM). In 2020, they were appointed Senior Director CS, Account Management and Support at EZ Texting, and in 2021 they were named Vice President of Account Management & Customer Success at Flo Recruit.

Michael Clews attended De Anza College from 1999 to 2001, where they earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Michael then went on to attend San Jose State University from 2002 to 2005, where they earned a degree in Business Management with a focus in Finance.
