Yasser Farra

Yasser Farra currently serves as the VP of Engineering at Flo Recruit since May 2024 and has been the CEO of Agile Accompli since December 2016, where the focus is on helping companies adopt Agile/Lean principles through assessment, training, and coaching. Previously, Yasser held the position of Sr. Director of Engineering for North America at DTN from February 2023 to December 2023, overseeing various organizational initiatives and building trust within teams. From July 2020 to February 2023, Yasser was the Sr. Director and Head of Austin Engineering at Shippo, which simplifies shipping processes for over 35,000 businesses. Additionally, Yasser served as an Adjunct Professor at Texas State University from January 2018 to May 2020. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from South Dakota State University.
