Kristine Rivard has held various roles in human resources, starting as an Onboarding Specialist at Centra Health from August 2015 to July 2018. Kristine then worked as a Human Resources Assistant at Baystate Health from July 2018 to September 2019 before moving on to their current role as a Recruitment and Benefits Manager at Florence Bank since September 2019. Additionally, Kristine has also held positions as a Senior Recruitment and Engagement Specialist and an Employment Specialist.
