Mai Tep

Mai Tep has a range of work experience in various industries. They most recently worked as an Assistant Operations Manager at florence by mills starting in December 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Drybar as a Logistics Coordinator from January 2019 to December 2021. In this role, Mai served as the main point of contact for logistics inquiries, resolved logistics-related issues, and managed communications with third-party logistics providers.

Earlier in their career, Mai worked at Manna Kadar Beauty as an Accounting & Logistics Coordinator from June 2018 to December 2018. They were responsible for responding to logistics and shipping inquiries, overseeing customer order routing, and creating sales orders in QuickBooks. They also worked as a Junior Assistant at Manna Kadar Beauty from November 2017 to June 2018, providing support to the CEO, sales, and marketing teams, as well as processing e-commerce orders.

Mai also has experience as a Communications Intern at the City of Anaheim, where they drafted newsletters and created content for social media accounts from February 2017 to May 2017. They worked as a Teacher Assistant at California State University, Fullerton from January 2017 to May 2017, assisting professors with student emails, exams, and study sessions.

Additionally, Mai worked as an Account Executive at PRactical ADvantage Communications from August 2016 to December 2016, managing communications between the agency and the client, conducting communications audits, and developing a campaign. They also gained experience as an Intern at Auto Talent from September 2015 to May 2016, managing parts inventory, communicating with customers, and performing administrative duties.

Finally, Mai worked as a Server at Viajo from November 2009 to February 2010, where they provided excellent customer service, adapted to a fast-paced environment, and maintained good relationships with the restaurant staff.

Mai Tep attended California State University, Fullerton from 2015 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communications, with an emphasis in Public Relations.
