Jacob Civitts

Jacob Civitts has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jacob is currently the Executive Program Director - Next Generation Finance Systems at PACCAR Financial Corp. Jacob'sprevious role was Director of Franchise Operations at PacLease, where they managed the growth strategy, daily operations, and business development for a franchise network. Prior to that, Jacob held multiple roles at PACCAR Financial Corp, including Director of National Accounts for Kenworth and Region Manager for the Western region. Jacob also has experience in materials management and plant management at Dynacraft, a division of PACCAR. Furthermore, Jacob served in the U.S. Army as an Assistant Battalion Logistical Officer & Platoon Leader, where they maintained security clearances and served in Afghanistan.

Jacob Civitts has an extensive education history. Jacob obtained their Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering (BSIE) degree and Engineer's Degree from Lehigh University, which they attended from 1994 to 1998. Jacob also earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Operations from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business from 2002 to 2004. In addition, they studied at the University of Washington from 2002 to 2004 and completed the Program in Engineering and Manufacturing Management, earning a Master of Science in Engineering (MSE) degree. Before their university studies, Jacob Civitts completed their high school education at Emmaus High School, receiving a diploma in 1994.
