Monica Youn

Monica Youn has a comprehensive background in data and analytics, starting as a Systems Analyst at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan in 2013. Monica then held roles at Manulife Financial as a Product Specialist and Product Analyst. Moving on to Accenture in 2015, they worked their way up to Head of Analytics and Analytics Strategy Consulting Manager. After that, they served as Global Senior Director of Insights & Analytics at CB4. Following this, they held the position of Global VP of Analytics at OSOME. Currently, they are the Chief Data & Analytics Officer at Florence and also an Instructor of Data and Analytics at BrainStation.

Monica Youn holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from the University of Waterloo.
