María Rocío Capello

Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business management, nutrition, and education. As the proprietor of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana manages an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Additional experience includes serving as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016 and previously as the owner and manager of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana has also worked as a nutritionist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019 and as a university lecturer from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching applied mathematics for nutrition and the history of food. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México.
