Stefan Kuiper is a seasoned professional in the orchid industry, currently serving as Manager Breeding and Assortment at Floricultura B.V. since January 2009, where responsibilities include overseeing the breeding process of Phalaenopsis and Special Orchids, as well as contributing to innovation and the creation of new varieties. Stefan has held various roles within Floricultura, including Product Manager and Account Manager, and has played a key part in supplying tens of millions of young orchid plants to professional growers globally. Prior experience includes a business plan project during an internship at Athletic Skills Model, tennis coaching from 2009 to 2012, and work as a postal worker at TNT. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Sports, Management and Business from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, complemented by a Minor in Sport & Business.
