Daniel Cane is an accomplished executive and leader with extensive experience in various organizations. Since February 2010, Daniel Cane has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Modernizing Medicine. Additionally, Daniel Cane has held the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors at Honorlock since January 2018 and is a member of the Board of Trustees at Florida Atlantic University since January 2021. Other roles include membership in the Cornell University Council since September 2020 and Directorship at the Greater Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce since October 2020. Daniel Cane has been a member of the Board of Trustees for the South Florida Science Center and Aquarium since 2009 and previously served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Florida Atlantic University from August 2013 to January 2018. Prior to these roles, Daniel Cane co-founded Blackboard, which operated from June 1997 to January 2010. In terms of education, Daniel Cane earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics from Cornell University from 1994 to 1998.
