Dr. Brittany Peters, LCSW, is an experienced clinical social work professional and educator with a diverse background in both academic and clinical settings. Currently serving as a Contributing Faculty member at Walden University and an Adjunct Professor at Florida Atlantic University and the University of South Florida, Dr. Peters teaches various courses focused on social work practice and multiculturalism. In addition, Dr. Peters owns and directs the Center for Wellness & Clinical Development, providing clinical supervision and behavioral health services. Previous roles include Vice President of Behavioral Health at Youth and Family Alternatives, Inc., Behavioral Health Consultant for the Florida Department of Children and Families, and various leadership positions in other organizations. Dr. Peters holds a Doctor of Social Work degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and multiple degrees from Florida State University.
