Wendy Wong

Wendy Wong has a diverse work experience in the field of computer applications and project management. Wendy started their career as a Coordinator of Computer Application at Florida Atlantic University, where they designed and developed a new look for the University Website and implemented the university portal system. Wendy then moved on to become a Specialist of Computer Applications, where they administered the university's website and developed custom web applications. Wendy later became an Associate Director of Computer Applications, managing the university's Web Application Services division and leading projects such as the implementation of FAU's Mobile Application. Wendy was promoted to Senior Associate Director, overseeing FAU's Application Development and Integration team. In their most recent role as Director of Project Management & Quality Assurance, Wendy brought together project management resources and implemented quality standards. Wendy successfully completed projects such as the Salesforce Implementation for Admissions and the University Contract Tracking Solution. Prior to their time at FAU, Wendy worked as a Programmer at Florida International University, where they developed interactive websites and provided technical support.

Wendy Wong obtained an Executive Certificate in Project Management from Florida Atlantic University in 2008, where they earned 94.5 Professional Development Units (PDUs). Wendy also earned a BA in Management Information Systems from Florida Atlantic University from 2002 to 2004. Additional certifications include Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Senior Directors Institute, Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, and PMP Certification Training Course.
