Dawn Hackney

Dawn Hackney serves as the VP of Financial Planning and Analysis at Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute, a position held since March 2024. Additionally, Dawn has been the CEO and President of GreenTree Natural Wellness Center since August 2018 and transitioned to a Passive Investor role in January 2021. Dawn has been involved with the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA) as Treasurer of the Board of Directors since August 2013, supporting the advancement of women in healthcare. Proficient in financial leadership, Dawn previously held positions such as Chief Financial Officer at American Vascular Associates and Meridien Research, and VP of Finance at Care Access Research LLC. Dawn's extensive background also includes roles at VeriFone Inc. and CCS Medical, where responsibilities encompassed financial reporting, internal controls, and operational improvements. Dawn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of South Florida and is pursuing further education at Harvard University.
