Kiana Mehring

Kiana Mehring, MBA, currently serves as the Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships, Managed Care at Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute since June 2020, after holding the position of Associate Director, Payer Relations & Business Strategy. Previously, Kiana served as Associate Director of Payer Relations & Business Strategy at American Oncology Network, LLC from June 2020 to February 2021, and as Provider Relations Manager at Sanford Health from January 2019 to June 2020. Kiana’s experience also includes a role as Innovator, Visionary, and Strategist at Mission:Fargo, where contributions aided in the organization's launch as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and development of leadership training tools. Additionally, Kiana improved occupancy rates from 60% to 90-100% within six months at Second Street Villas through innovative programming and effective sales strategies. Kiana holds an MBA in Healthcare from the University of Sioux Falls and a B.A. in Counseling Psychology from Crossroads College.
