The Florida Center for Early Childhood

The Florida Center for Early Childhood is a 501c-3 nonprofit organization with programs across Southwest Florida. Its mission is "to help build and foster strong families and expand the potential of young children." For more than 40 years, the agency has been a leading provider of therapeutic services, early education, and healthy development for children in southwest Florida. Services focus on infants and children through eight years old who are at risk for academic, social, or economic failure. Parents and family members receive the education and support necessary to nurture their child's growth, while advancing their own opportunities for further education and economic self-sufficiency. Over 2,500 children benefit from the programs annually. As needs continue to grow in our community, The Florida Center is committed to helping local children and families overcome their challenges and reach their full potential.
