John Medina

John Medina serves as a member of the Board of Trustees at Florida Gateway College and is actively involved with the Florida Bankers Association as a board and PAC committee member. In addition, John holds board positions with the Suwannee Valley Community Foundation and Suwannee Valley 4C's, where John also serves as treasurer. As the Chief Executive Officer at First Federal Bank, John provides executive-level oversight and strategic guidance for the institution. John's leadership extends to FFBF Investments, Inc. as a director, while also contributing to Rotary International in various leadership roles, including past district governor. Additional involvement includes board membership with the Florida Chamber of Commerce and St. Peter's Anglican Cathedral, as well as a commitment to the Haven CAB. John earned an MBA in Business/Finance from the University of Florida and holds a B.S. in International Business from Florida State University, along with an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Florida Gateway College.
