Tracey Ann Thomas, SHRM-SCP, MBA has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent role as an HR Director at Florida Coast Equipment Inc. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Human Resources at PowerWright Technologies, where they were responsible for implementing strategic HR programs and initiatives to drive growth and productivity. Before that, they worked as an HR Manager at Lennar, overseeing various HR functions such as workforce development and talent acquisition. Earlier in their career, they held the position of Group HR Manager at CB Group Ltd., where they acted as a strategic HR business partner for multiple companies and locations, focusing on productivity, employee engagement, and compliance. Tracey Ann Thomas brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in organizational change, talent management, and HR metrics analysis to their roles.

Tracey Ann Thomas holds an MBA in Business from Nova Southeastern University. Tracey Ann also obtained a B.Sc. in Professional Management from the same institution. In addition to their degrees, Tracey has earned the SHRM-SCP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in January 2015.
