Wm Brent Densford

Wm Brent Densford serves as a Tenure Track Assistant Professor of Business at Florida College since August 2022, where responsibilities include supporting students through learning, advising, and mentoring in a faith-based environment. Prior to this, Densford had a distinguished career at Humana, retiring as Senior Vice President and President of Humana Government Business, overseeing a large-scale government contract business unit with P&L responsibility. Additional roles at Humana included Vice President of Business Development, where data-driven analytics were utilized for growth, and Regional Vice President of Sales Enablement, focusing on talent retention during a merger. Educational qualifications include an Assistant Professor of Business degree from Florida College, a Doctor of Business Administration from the University of South Florida, an MBA in Executive Management and Business Development from the University of Louisville, a B.S. in Nuclear Medicine Technology, a B.A. in Biology, along with executive education from the Wharton School, Ross School of Business, and Harvard School of Business.
