Amber Douglas

Amber Douglas has extensive experience in claims management and risk management. Prior to their current role, Amber worked as a Commercial Claims Adjuster at GEICO for over 15 years, handling a variety of complex claims. Amber now serves as the Ministry of Protection Risk Management / Claims Manager at the Florida Conference of The United Methodist Church, where Amber oversees case management for numerous churches and routinely settles high-value claims. Amber also has an Associate's degree in Elementary Education from the University of Phoenix.
