Andrew Gregory

Andrew Gregory serves as the Director of Learning and Development at Florida Crystals, where leadership involves implementing learning strategies to support HR initiatives for a global sugarcane company. With prior experience as a Senior Manager in Learning & Development and Learning & Change, Andrew has successfully enhanced high potential leadership programs and achieved significant employee satisfaction and retention rates. A veteran of the US Army, Andrew held various command and operational roles, including Headquarters Company Commander, where an optimized maintenance strategy resulted in substantial budget savings. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Relations with a minor in Nuclear Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
