Andrew Brugman

Andrew Brugman serves as the Director of Learning and Development at Talkiatry, having previously held the position of Senior Learning and Development Specialist within the same organization. With extensive experience in fostering talent and implementing inclusive educational strategies, Andrew has successfully directed initiatives for over 700 staff members, focusing on career and personal development as well as compliance training. Prior experience includes roles at Columbia University, where Andrew managed significant orientation programs and leadership development for a diverse group of participants. Andrew holds a Master of Education in Adult Education from The University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Studies from Northwestern University.
