Marina Rutenberg has extensive work experience in the IT and project management field. Marina is currently working as a Senior Director of IT PMO and Business Process at Florida Crystals, where they are responsible for establishing and maintaining a corporate-wide portfolio and program management, change management, and process management. Their role involves maximizing business value and ensuring ROI alignment with the company's strategy.

Prior to their current position, Marina worked at Mondelēz International as the Director of Global ISC IT Portfolio & Strategy Planning, where they led portfolio planning and execution and the Value Transformation program for the North American region. Marina also served as the IT NA Strategy Planning and PMO Lead, overseeing best practices for processes, tools, and methodology.

Marina Rutenberg's education history includes a range of studies in computer science, mathematics, and project management. Marina attended Hunter College from 1981 to 1983, where they focused on computer science. Prior to that, from 1977 to 1980, they studied at a college in Grozny, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mathematics and Computer Science. Marina also pursued further education through certification programs. Marina attended ESI International PPAC Training for project management and G. Washington University in St Louis for a Certification Program in project management. Additionally, Marina completed a Certification program in Change Management from Prosci Change Management.
