Rick Stevenson

Immediate Past President at Florida Dental Association (FDA)

Rick Stevenson has extensive experience in the dental field. Currently serving as the Immediate Past President at the Florida Dental Association, Rick also represents the Northeast area of Florida, serves as a delegate to the ADA, and sits on the FDAS Board of Directors. Additionally, Rick is the owner of Richard A Stevenson DDS since 1978. In the past, Rick has held the position of Secretary at the Florida Dental Association. Rick obtained their DDS in Dentistry from the University of Detroit Mercy, a Bachelor of Science in Medicine and Psychology from Western Michigan University, and an Associate in Science in Biology from Delta College.

Florida Dental Association (FDA)

The FDA is a statewide, professional membership organization representing Florida-licensed dentists and a constituent society of the American Dental Association (ADA). It was established in 1884 to ensure patients receive the highest quality of care from dental professionals. Through the “Power of Three,” the FDA serves as the state-level intermediary for the ADA and the six Florida local dental societies. The FDA provides a variety of services, benefits and opportunities dedicated to the success of its dental professionals through continuing education, professional development, advocacy, peer review, leadership training, networking, an annual conference, as well as information and resources that enable dental professionals to enhance the quality of their services.
