Jorge Morales

Jorge Morales, PG, is an experienced professional geologist with a diverse background in environmental consulting and academia. Currently, Jorge serves as a Professional Geologist II at the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, focusing on UIC program permitting. Additionally, Jorge has been teaching various physical science courses as an adjunct professor at Miami Dade College and has previously taught at Broward College and Palm Beach State College. With a career spanning over three decades, Jorge has held key roles such as Senior Project Geologist at Keith and Schnars and Senior Geologist/Project Manager at ATI Panamericana, contributing to significant projects including the Panama Canal expansion. Jorge holds multiple degrees in Geosciences, Physics, and Geology from institutions such as The University of Texas at Dallas and the University of South Florida.
