Leah Marino

Leah Marino is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Deputy General Counsel at the Florida Department of Financial Services since November 2014. Prior to this role, Leah Marino held positions as Policy Chief at The Florida House of Representatives from December 2012 to November 2014, and as Deputy General Counsel at The Florida Senate from September 2010 to November 2012. Leah Marino's earlier career includes serving as Deputy Policy Director and Assistant General Counsel at the Executive Office of the Governor from January 2007 to February 2010. Leah Marino earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Florida State University College of Law (1997-2000) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English Literature from Florida State University (1993-1997). Leah Marino is a graduate of Auburndale High School.
