NC General Assembly
Madison Alligood serves as the Deputy General Counsel and Policy Advisor to the President Pro Tempore at the North Carolina General Assembly since May 2022, having previously held the role of Judicial Law Clerk for the Hon. Judge Richard Dietz at the North Carolina Court of Appeals from July 2021 to May 2022. Madison's background includes roles as a Teachers Assistant and Research Assistant at Wake Forest University School of Law, as well as legal internships and externships at various organizations including the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services and the Law Office of Thomas F. Roupas Jr. Madison received a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with a Minor in Business Administration and Spanish from North Carolina State University and is pursuing a Law Degree at Wake Forest University School of Law.
