Jeff Beaver

Jeff Beaver is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development across various organizations. Currently serving as a Staff Development Training Consultant at the Florida Department of Health in Duval County since January 2024, Jeff previously held multiple leadership roles at Comcast from 2008 to December 2022, including Executive Director of Learning and Development. Prior to Comcast, Jeff was the owner of Solomon Leadership, LLC from 2005 to 2009 and served as the Director of Learning and Development at NEBS from 1998 to 2004. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of North Georgia and an MBA in Leadership from Franklin Pierce University, along with training from the U.S. Army Infantry School.
