Benjamin Sardinas

Benjamin Sardinas is a legal professional with extensive experience in appellate law and judicial processes. Currently serving as Senior Staff Attorney to Justice Renatha Francis at the Florida Supreme Court since September 2022, Benjamin previously worked as an Assistant Appellate Prosecutor in the Illinois Office of the State's Attorneys Appellate Prosecutor from August 2018 to July 2022, where responsibilities included filing over one hundred briefs on various legal challenges and advising Assistant State’s Attorneys on complex legal issues. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois College of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government and History from Boston College. Additionally, Benjamin has held positions as a Summer Legal Intern at the Social Security Administration Office of the General Counsel and a Law Clerk at Zumpano, Patricios, Winker & Bresnahan, LLC, among other roles showcasing a robust legal research and drafting background.
