Bruno Vasconcelos

Bruno Vasconcelos, P.E., currently serves as the State Bridge Inspection Engineer at the Florida Department of Transportation, overseeing the inspection program for 13,000 bridges and managing the Certified Bridge Inspector program. With extensive experience in bridge engineering, Bruno has held roles such as Structures Maintenance Engineer, where responsibilities included managing a $700 million Bridge Work Plan, and Structures Design Engineer, focusing on load ratings and testing. Prior experience includes positions as a Problem Developer at EIT Experts and Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Florida. Bruno holds a Master's in Structural Engineering and a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, both from the University of Florida.
