Daniel Muniz

Daniel Muniz serves as the Deputy Director of Toll Operations at the Florida Department of Transportation since July 2022. Prior to this role, Daniel spent eight years at the New York City Department of Transportation, progressing through various positions including Chief of Staff and Deputy Director of Management and Budget for the Sidewalk Program, where responsibilities encompassed strategy, policy, and planning. Additional experience includes work as a Legal Consultant at the New York City Law Department and as a Project Manager at Ave Maria University. Daniel holds a Master of Public Administration from Baruch College and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Political Science from Ave Maria University, alongside various international educational experiences in business innovation and political science.
