Kim Holland

Kim Holland currently serves as the Assistant Secretary of Strategic Development at the Florida Department of Transportation, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this role, Kim was the Executive Vice President and Strategy Leader of Infrastructure at RS&H from July 2002 to August 2023, where responsibilities included business growth, client management, and strategic development across various sectors. Kim's earlier experience includes roles as Project Manager at Lochrane Engineering and Project Engineer at both Atkins and Keith and Schnars, with a career that began at Lochrane Engineering in 1994. Kim holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida, obtained in 1995.
