Laurie Pizzo

Laurie Pizzo, CPM, serves as the Property Management Administrator at the Florida Department of Transportation since December 2014, leading a team in District 7 and collaborating across various departments to certify right of way for construction projects, manage sales of properties, oversee over 100 leases, and handle complex easement transactions. Pizzo's responsibilities include managing multimillion-dollar contracts and expenditures, facilitating utility relocations, and directing demolition projects. With previous experience as a realtor at Florida Home Treasures Realty, Keller Williams Tampa Properties, and Century 21 Alliance Realty, Pizzo achieved $2 million in annual sales by forming synergistic teams and developing targeted marketing strategies. Pizzo is currently pursuing a Certified Public Manager degree from Florida State University and holds a Graduate Realtors Institute credential from the National Association of Realtors.
