Nancy Slatter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in change management, project delivery, and IT service management. Currently serving as a Senior Change Manager and ITSM Analyst at the Florida Department of Transportation since January 2022, Nancy previously held significant roles in various companies, including a Senior Project Delivery Manager for Digital Transformation at NextEra Energy and a Service Delivery Manager/Project Manager at Atos IT Solutions and Services. Nancy's expertise encompasses service improvement, governance, vendor management, and compliance with various standards. Nancy has a strong background in SAP logistics and project management, demonstrated during tenures at Nokia Siemens Networks and Nokia Inc., where responsibilities included service level agreement negotiations, budget administration, and large-scale project management.
