Oliver Chung

Oliver Chung is a highly experienced engineer with a strong background in civil engineering, specializing in corrosion, composite materials, concrete, and pavement structural evaluation. Holding the positions of State Corrosion & Composite Materials Engineer, State Concrete Materials Engineer, and State Pavement Structural Evaluation Engineer at the Florida Department of Transportation since June 2023, Oliver brings extensive expertise from previous roles including Field Service Manager at ECS Limited and Staff Civil Engineer at ARA. Additionally, Oliver served as a Construction Materials Project Manager at ECS Limited and a Research Associate at the University of Florida, where a Doctor of Philosophy in Civil Engineering was earned. Earlier experience includes positions as Project Manager at the Chinese Institute of Civil and Hydraulic Engineering and Asphalt Concrete Materials Specialist at the Center of Quality Assurance for Construction Material.
