Robert Downie

Robert "Bobby" Downie is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in transportation and government-related legal matters. Currently serving as a Senior Attorney at the Florida Department of Transportation since August 2023, Downie has previously held significant positions, including Director of Legal and Professional Services at Meridium Group, Inc. and Deputy Director of Telecommunications at the Florida Department of Management Services.
