Rose Reyes

Rose Reyes serves as the Performance Development & Training Manager at the Florida Department of Transportation since August 2019, following a role as Performance Development Coordinator. Prior experience includes ten years at Westgate Resorts, where Rose held various management positions, including Manager of Westgate Information, Assistant Manager of Owner Relations, and Supervisor of Owner Relations. Prior to that, Rose was a Guest Services Manager at Universal Orlando Resort from June 2003 to April 2009, focusing on providing exceptional guest interactions and fulfilling inquiries. Rose holds an Associate of Arts degree in Public Administration from Valencia College.
