Stephen Rogers

Stephen Rogers has extensive experience in project finance and financial management, currently serving as a Project Finance Specialist at the Florida Department of Transportation since March 2012, where responsibilities include coordinating Public-Private Partnerships and managing various financing alternatives for highway construction and intermodal projects. Previously, Stephen held roles such as SIB Program Manager and Financial Analyst within the same department, contributing to the oversight and development of strategic financing for transportation initiatives. Prior to joining the Florida Department of Transportation, Stephen served as Accounting Manager at Mainline Information Systems, Inc., managing accounts payable and operational expenses. Stephen's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from Florida State University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Colorado State University.
