Earlier experience includes regulatory compliance management at CSX, where Julie ensured compliance for an extensive workforce of 10,000 locomotive engineers and conductors. Julie holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Auburn University at Montgomery.
